How can I book my holiday?

You can book online, or you can call our Reception Team on 01665 712 721 and book over the phone.

Can I take my Pet on holiday?

We welcome Pet’s at our Parks, however there maybe a small charge for bringing a Pet with you which will be advised at the time of booking. Registered assistance Dogs are accepted free of charge subject to suitable accommodation being available.

Can I request a specific unit?

We will do our best to meet any special requests, however these cannot be guaranteed.

What time can we check in?

Check in is available from 4PM on-wards. Please note we cannot accept arrivals after 11pm.

What utilities are provided?

All of our static caravans come fully equipped, all your pots and pans, kitchen utensils plates etc. There is a Fridge with a small freezer compartment, Microwave and a cooker as well. In the lounge you will find a Television.

Can I buy a Holiday Home

We have a caravan sales show ground at all of our holiday parks allowing you a great choice of locations from which to buy a caravan or lodge, and holiday whenever you feel like it.

Can I re-book for Next Year?

We have some fantastic book again offers, for either later in the year or book again for the following year, our on-site reception team will be able to provide you with all the information you require.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, Subject to availability, although some extensions may not be available until the last minute.

Can we have a BBQ on-site?

Yes, although they must be kept away from any gas bottles, and care must be taken to ensure it is extinguished before throwing away.
